This assignment was to draw a nightmare. I just so happened to have had a nightmare the night before.
“The room is pitch black. Something’s wrong. I hear noise like a fire cracker warehouse is on fire. I am in my childhood bedroom. I see orange out the window. It is like moving through water. Then I hear a panicked yell, that’s an eery whisper in my right ear at the same time.
“FIRE!”
