The Best Laid Plans…

Ugh.

If I had a dollar for everything I’ve ever tried that didn’t go right. Shoot, I’d settle for a penny each and still come out a millionaire.

My plan for this year was to bunker down and set up shop in one location so I could focus on a few projects and have real internet in order to do a couple of those things.

Of course, that does not seem to be what the universe has in store for me. The land I was going to use, and was under the impression it was definitely okay to use, is not as much okay to use as it is not okay to use. Zoning laws, amiright? Sigh. I do love when people try to act like RVs are bringing down the neighborhood, but when I look around, there are yards with literal mounds of junk. Oh well. That’s the RV life.

That and every one assuming you are a poor troll looking to get one over on everyone. Apparently, they’ve never priced an RV. I’ve seen houses for much less than what I paid for my RV, even before you take into count the remodel. It’s frustrating, dealing with people’s prejudices, but if I really cared, I’d stop living in my RV. At least I have that option.  To be honest, it makes me less willing to give it up because close-minded strangers have no say in how I live. I’m stubborn like that.

So now that the RV Life real talk is over, I would love to tell you my plans. I don’t have any though. I have a few options. I could go paint mini goats in Ohio. I could go to my land in New Mexico. I could go back to my spot from last year and get another part-time job. I could even give it all up, move into an apartment, and get a real job. *shudder* Not that I don’t consider that last one every other hour of every day.

I’m sure there are a few I haven’t thought of yet.

We’ll see. I have a little bit of time to decide. The good news is, my house is on wheels and I can do what I want.

I’m really hoping this is one of those times the Universe says no because there is something cooler coming my way. Those times are the best. And what I had planned was pretty cool, so this is could be HUGE, guys.
