I may be missing a few things, but I will add them on as I go.  Question marks are for things I may not do. “New” just means new to me, not necessarily brand new.

• Fix Water Damage- living area, bedroom, bathroom, above cab.

• Shelf under bed? (This was changed from a drawer and gives me so much more storage than a few drawers.
