This is what I want from my artist dates! First, let’s get the business out of the way. I received a two free trial for Skillshare and if you would like 2 free weeks instead of the typical one week, here is my link. I’m not affiliated with them, it is just a “share with your friends” link that has a longer trial period than if you just go to their site.
I’ve done stuff like this before and they are usually nice sites with a lot of information, but sometimes it feels like I don’t really learn anything useful. Like people just want to make videos for passive income, but they don’t add substance. I’m sure that has more to do with the individual than the group and I just happened to get lucky with my first class today.
I took this class on how to make videos with a one person crew. It is only 13 minutes so I did not expect much, but I have so many ideas from what she said. She didn’t waste my time or add superfluous information. That is another thing I need to learn from her… I wonder if she has a class on that?
Anyway, now I’m bouncing off the walls with ideas and wanting to make my next youtube video. I wish every artist date had me feeling like this and it is hard to care about the dates when they don’t fill up my creative energy. I know they still make a difference and not every date can be this good, but this is what my artist needs to be wooed.
I’ll probably watch another class on videos later and then get started on my own.
