All paintings are framed without glass. Glass is unnecessary for my work, but can be used at additional cost.
The painting will be shown upon completion and this will be the only opportunity for any client changes.
My prices are for 2016 and one subject (i.e. one dog) painted in my style. If additional changes or requests are made, I reserve the right to increase the base price.
I look forward to working with you to create a well-designed painting and exceeding your expectations.
Workshops
I will be teaching my first international workshop in Holland the first week of April 2019. If you’re interested, contact me at theartist (at) elishadasenbrock {dot} com. Seating is limited and it is filling up fast.
I offer 6 hour workshops to cover the basics of watercolor. 10 person maximum with a 5 person minimum. $95/person. All materials are included.
I will teach the basic watercolor techniques, demo 1-2 paintings and you will do 1-2 quick, small paintings.
The first painting will be drawn and everyone will work off the same image. I will demonstrate each step as we go, giving you a chance to try each step before moving on to the next. After a quick, brown bag lunch, we will set up a still life to draw and paint using one color from your new palette. Everyone brings one object for the still life.
$45 holding fee per person is required to cover cost of material.
Classes
While I’m traveling I offer small 1-4 person classes on the condition space is available. I don’t mind painting outside at a picnic table if you don’t. These classes are basic to intermediate, depending on the level of the students and are 1.5 hours in length. They can include anything from the basics of watercolor to critiquing work previously done.
One person: $35
Two or more people: $25/ea
The class schedule is custom to the group and location. We can meet one time or as many as possible.
You will need your own supplies (I can sell a package):
Absolute Beginner:

4 paints: permanent alizarin crimson, French ultra-marine, quidacridone gold, and neutral tint (optional)
2 round tipped watercolor brushes – 6 and 10 or 4 and 6 depending on size of paper block
